1 cup unflavored gelatin
1 cup heavy cream
1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup grilled pineapple
1 cup fish, chopped
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons orange juice
In a large bowl, mix frosting, whipped cream, pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
