1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/3 teaspoon curry powder
1 finely chopped onion
3 Korean candies, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch squares
1 medium onion, quartered into 4 pieces
3 red onions, quartered into 4 pieces
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 small yellow bell pepper, quartered
1 cup green beans
3 miniature shrimp, quartered
S. Korean Bokwan shrimp, quartered
In large bowl, blend margarine, coconut flour, sesame seeds and curry powder. Mix thoroughly. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto large baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
Cook shrimp, red onions, and green peppers on baking sheets for 2 to 3 minutes each. Reserve 1 tablespoon sparkling wine to garnish.
Dip each pat into a quarter teaspoon of red pepper sauce. Cook slivers of yellow pepper into reserved red pepper sauce.
