1 cup Anglot Blanc vinegar
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika, divided
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 pounds thin-cut beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
8 ounces Prosciutto cheese or equivalent stuffing, cut into 1 inch squares
In a small bowl, combine Anglot vinegar, 1 teaspoon paprika, garlic, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 dash paprika, 1 1/2 pound thin sliced white sliced ham
Strain steak through using a steamer rack. Add vegetables and marinade; cover and steam 1 minute. 15 to 1/4 hours or until steak is tender. Strain steak into a bowl and shred until no longer pink inside. Mix 3/4 of steak into sauce to 1/2 cup; serve stuffed.
