4 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 teaspoon herb oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place bread cubes in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency. In a mixing bowl, combine two tablespoons of bread cubes with fish sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate 15 minutes until the bread and fish mixture is chilled.
Top with sliced tomato and green onions.
