1 1/2 cups corn
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch dish pan with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, mix corn, sugar, salt, baking soda, margarine, butter and sugar until well blended. Mix in sour cream, egg and salt. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.
