3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 egg
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon white sugar for serving
In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white wine and egg. Season with distilled white vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon sugar. Chill 2 hours before serving.
