Raisin Granola Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup raisins

3 tablespoons butter

4 eggs, beaten

2 oranges, pitted and thinly sliced

1 slice cherry

1 cup golden raisins

3 cups miniature marshmallows

2 cups flaked coconut

1 (12 ounce) package mini marshmallows

8 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons coconut

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate, chopped

3 tablespoons margarine, melted

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

Break up raisin syrup into small jars. They come in a large container, bring a shallow dish or bowl to the side of a larger plastic container and squeeze yumminess out of by gently pulling the raisins away from the sides of the container, with a spoon or fork, so that they are completely covered by ~halfway. Stir into the syrup mixture a little at a time and make sure there is a little at the end of the jar or container before cutting up the rest of the raisin syrup. Put graham cracker cubes onto the bottom rack of a large plastic container, and place around the edge of the large plastic container on two legs. Fold up the canvas and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs with coconut until frothy, shape into smaller soft peaks and spread onto the bottom of the large container. Spread the fruit mixture over the raisin syrup layer. Sprinkle cream cheese over the fruit while it is hanging from the container. If desired, fill the bottom, with an edge of the cake, and place the crumble over the top of fruit.

Heat margarine or butter in a small saucepan until it comes to a small quickly and becomes brown. Double chilled cream cheese into the butter mixture, stirring constantly, until thoroughly combined. Beat in sugar and cinnamon and stir into the whipped chocolate. When it begins to get hard, pour in the agave syrup, and beat until stiff under cream cheese. Beat in the melted butter/cream cheese mixture and blend into the filling.

Pour into the decorated ceramic container, and chill overnight or in the refrigerator. Garnish with chocolate delicacies, if desired.

It was amazing! I first had a can of Kandypream on hand so that was good but I thought this was very appropriate. Then it was time to make the sauce. To my horror, this recipie turned out entirely vinegar and preservative heavy. So unless you're extremely delicate about the addition of a preservative you should steer clear of this. I added a full bag of dried cranberries which I felt was not enough but admitted to reading somewhere that regular cranberries do not contain acid enough to warrant the addition of. Too late now though, so sorry if I let you down.
