Spinach Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 eggs

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil, lemon juice and eggs in a small pot until lightly greased. Stirring regularly, bring to a boil, add the onion and heat to within 1 minute.

Pour in the flour and bouillon. Heat well and let simmer for 1 minute. Stirring frequently, cook for 3 minutes to blend the mixture with the white, allowing the flavor to spread onto the edges. Stir in the seasoned salt and polish chile pepper.

Finally, sprinkle top with chopped pieces of spinach and serve immediately.
