1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sliced almonds
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Melt margarine, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and 1 cup flour in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until blended. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Set aside. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 cups flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix well and fold into margarine mixture.
Arrange bread slices in prepared pan. Spread mixture over bread bread slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove bread slices and sprinkle with rolled oats and almonds.
