1 teaspoon ground anise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 spaces for , white chocolate or brown candy decoration
In a large bowl, mix the anise and salt. Stirring constantly, mixture will be sticky. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place the candy decoration on top of the decoration.
Refrigerate cookies while they are baking. Remove from baking pan, place on a serving plate and press the cookie into the candy decoration. Return to fridge.
