2 pounds turkey sandwich meat
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup hot mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 carrot, cut into rounds
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon minced celery
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons bacon bits
Brown meat in a large skillet over medium-heat. Remove from skillet and set aside.
While meat browns, mix ketchup, hot mustard, Worcestershire sauce, carrot, onion and celery in a small bowl; mix with meat. Drain excess fat and mustard mixture.
In a large bowl, mix relish, celery, garlic, bacon bits and meat mixture. Form mixture into 1/2 teaspoon balls and roll in bacon bits. Roll in ketchup mixture. Place meat and relish mixture on a tray. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
