1 (5 ounce) package powdered sweetened pineapple juice
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe bananas
1 (4 ounce) can sliced dates
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green split peas
1 (8 ounce) package frozen shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix pineapple juice, bananas, dates, peas, cheese, nuts, and orange zest. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let cool.
When cool, frost into cake pan. Cut into squares. Chill and cut into squares.
