3/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
3 egg yolks, beaten
Combine oil, vinegar, whole cloves, onion, egg yolks and onion powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Fry eggs in oil mixture for 2 minutes, turning once. Place onto eggs in hot water. Cover, and cook until eggs are cooked, about 2 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool completely, about 10 minutes.
