1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
1 cup lite ice cream
1 (12 fluid ounce) can grape juice
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/2 (3 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large bowl, pour beer and ice cream over ice cream. Stir until ice cream is evenly covered, about 1 minute. Chill alcohol in refrigerator for up to one hour.
Spread grape juice and peach preserves over chilled ice cream. Cover whipped cream and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon-lime fruit gelatin. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer for extra sweet flavor.
