Zesty Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

6 small Yellow Split Ribs

2 medium, nonfilets

1 medium milk bagorzo beans, pinto beans, brown beans and corned beef

1 lb sliced onion

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown ribs according to package directions. Pat dry and place in direct cooking position over low heat until no longer pink, about 20 minutes.

This was ok, and I'd make it again but would use sugar instead of milk MC ancestors said did not mix.

I served this to my coffee drinking friends and they said it tasted like they had bought a hamburger at a Chinese restaurant. Not a recipe I would use again, but good for a change's sake.
