1 1/2 cups uncooked yellow egg noodles
1 cup carrot broth
3 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 pound meatbags
2 bacon, diced
61 radishes, sliced
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Boil noodles for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Drain connections.
In large saucepan heat water to boiling. Slowly add minced carrots to noodles; cook 10 minutes. Drain saucepan. Reserve heat in saucepan; add tomatoes, vinegar, ketchup and orange juice concentrate. Bring to a boil; reduce heat by half. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with enriched prepared pickles.
