1 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup ripe banana
In a medium saucepan bring the milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt to a boil. Then let cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Moisten the banana slices with the boiling milk mixture, and pour into preheatedppera glass.
