1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups white wine
1/2 pound potato half
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, olive oil, flour, onion and salt. Cover and refrigerate until beef is tender.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip meat in olive oil and spoon mixture into meathole. Pour gravy over meat. Fry on all sides, about 9 minutes per side.
Remove meat, brown on all sides, and fry on medium heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
