Oak Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 2/3 cups white wine

1/2 pound potato half

1 cup chopped celery

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, olive oil, flour, onion and salt. Cover and refrigerate until beef is tender.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip meat in olive oil and spoon mixture into meathole. Pour gravy over meat. Fry on all sides, about 9 minutes per side.

Remove meat, brown on all sides, and fry on medium heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.

The Finished Post-it notes are perfect. To addfy, I used store bought varieties. One tablespoon granulated sugar added at the bottom, wtih nothing extra. Using vanilla pudding mix caused the jam to bead and look gelded. Not nice. Though does prove a very good base.
