1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 pounds buttery round crackers
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in margarine. Mix in vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, cracker crumbs, sour cream and crumbled bacon. Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 34 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Chill custard in refrigerator or freeze for later use.
