1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 dash garlic powder
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cups kabobs or large fillets, cleaned
Mix beef, onion, garlic powder, bouillon, tomato paste, salt, sage, thyme, rosemary, rosemary and kabobs. Place in a large resealable plastic bag; seal, and shake to coat.
Heat grill or oil to high heat. Brush flank of fillets with vegetable oil; pat dry. Set aside.
Bake fillets in pan on grill or oil heat 4 to 5 minutes; drain. Flip fillets onto each side, and brush with remaining oil. Place in a large resealable plastic bag; seal, and shake to coat.
Cook fillets in grill or oil heat 6 to 7 minutes on each side; drain.
