Peach Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8-inch pan pies.

Fill peaches with 1 tablespoon butter mixture, then pour into crust. Top with peaches. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove peaches and peaches with a spoon, set aside. Bake for another hour, stirring once. Bake another hour or until mixture is completely set.

I give it 5 stars, it was really good. My husband complained when he tried to eat it. I made a variation by adding his favorite condiment, jalapeno peppers. I also substituted lemon for the orange,red for the orange,andsubstituted lime for the orange. I would have given it higher marks, it was very easy to make. It only took about 20 minutes to whip up. I will make this time and time again.
