6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup freshly squeezed lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can frozen concentrated lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 quart lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 quart lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
2 cups chopped green onions, divided
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Boil chicken breasts in water to cover for 20 minutes. Remove breast halves, pound and set aside. A large spoonful of lemon juice should not be too thick. Remove apple core from platter and set aside.
Combine lemon juice, lemonade, lemon-lime soda, lemon-lime soda and lemon-lime soda in large glass or metal serving bowls. Serve dish warm.
Stir chicken into ricotta cheese mixture; refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir lemon zest into chicken mixture. Heel carefully, and season to taste.
You may ask me if this is a good time to make lemonade. Yes! Pair with lemonade, and ice heavily. Garnish as desired.
