Southern Beet Tortillas Recipe

this was really easy but a little time intensive. i also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and i don't think it makes a difference in the taste. i also doubled the recipe for 2 people and it was plenty! i also omitted the spring onions because i didn't have any at hand and just wanted to add some flavor. i might try it again with fresh green beans next time and again with white beans. thanks for a simple but easy addition to my asian food recipes! :)
