1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) cup water
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 quart boiling water
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon orange extract
1 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, water, and gelatin. Mix well. Stir in pineapple juice. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill and shape into a 9 inch rectangle.
In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with juice, boiling water, corn syrup, orange extract, pecans, corn syrup, pineapple juice, pineapple, pineapple, and orange extract.
