2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon salt
2 (5 ounce) cans finely chopped chicken
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root, or to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white rice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage, salt, chicken, ginger, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, rice, parsley and chicken seasoning.
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place the clams mixture in a medium serving dish and brush generously with warm olive oil. Discard the remaining vegetables.
