New York Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Make the topping: Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract in small saucepan until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Dip chicken in egg and lemon zest before stuffing.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly coat a 9x13 inch dish or greased foil. Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken. Place 2 tablespoons chicken butter in middle of cream cheese mixture, and pinch edges to seal. Place chicken over cream cheese mixture. Strain gravy from top of seasoned foil, and garnish with 5 marshmallows.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
