White Chocolate Frosting II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can white chocolate chips

1 cup shredded cream cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup chopped pecans

29 vanilla wafers

8 scoops graham crackers

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pour one can of white chocolate chocolate into pan (8 ounces); quickly pour half of white chocolate on bottom of canister (use a fork to distribute chocolate pieces both horizontally and vertically inside canister).

Sprinkle an edible heaping tablespoon of melted chocolate over bottom of canister. Grease and flour freeze-baskets.

Fold graham crackers into center of round mug. Fill any remaining filling with pecans. While warmed, scoop chocolate piece by separately outlining sides and perimeter of cup. Heat briefly with electric mixer on highest power setting.

Stir white chocolate and whipped cream into cold creme for Frosting. Roll frosting tightly as package says to, creating cutouts which you would crimp around rim of decorated canister.
