Pinwheel Fudge Recipe
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup cherry juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
In a large bowl, cream together the butter or margarine, brown sugar and nutmeg until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and cherry juice. Beat in the brown sugar, cornflakes and crushed cornflakes cereal. Shape into a 9x13 inch dish.
Cover pie and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
