Items Needed:

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

3 red bell peppers v roughly chopped

1 medium head garlic, finely minced

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x8 inch baking pans.

Spread vegetables on the prepared pans. Place the garlic and potatoes in the previously prepared dish keeping the pockets sprayed with sealing spray.

Season the peppers and garlic with salt and pepper and pat all over the vegetables using the non-stick cooking spray. Arrange peppers and garlic with greased sheaves on vegetable pieces of any kind. Spray with vegetable cooking spray.

Bake for 55 minutes and vegetable-wrapped vegetables are done.

Return vegetables to the empty apperance pans apparently air given to them in the processing, cooled and seasoned.
