1 Cheddar cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 (7 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 (11 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sweat
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, parsley, green onions, tomato paste, milk, sweat, salt, and pepper. Spread on a greased casserole dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cheese has melted; stir occasionally.
