Chocolate Banana Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) package vanilla wafers

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

5 tablespoons ginger ale

1 (2 fluid ounce) jigger banana liqueur

1 tablespoon banana liqueur, chilled

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan or 9x9 inch pan. Sprinkle the wafer lumps into an 8x12 inch pan. Fold the cream into the batter, alternately with banana liqueur. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes, stirring at 15 minute mark. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
