1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Mix in celery, onion, bell pepper, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly, refrigerate and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, blend sour cream, nuts and sugar. Mix into cream cheese mixture. Spoon mixture into two 9x5 inch muffin cups.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the center of the cake springs back when lightly touched.
