Berkeley Michigan Woman's Cinnamon Snack Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 package gluten-free cinnamon king chocolate cake mix

1 (18 ounce) package cinnamon muffin mix

1 quart vanilla yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round baking pans.

In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon flour and mini powdered milk. Stir in the cinnamon starter, cinnamon apple syrup, vanilla and melted butter in small batches as needed.

Pour or scoop the batter into the pans. Bake in the preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center of each pan comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool completely and ice soon before cutting into squares.

I tried this out for a Christmas party, they all requested the recipe. Everyone thought it was awful, but I kind of liked it. The most difficult part was finding the right amount of sugar. I ended up forcing it to be as high as I could handle so it wasn't so thin it looked but it still created dense tips. Would make it again.
