1 pound kielbasa sausage
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the kielbasa in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease and drain on paper towels.
Pour horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, sage and garlic powder into skillet. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sauce starts to run. Turn off heat and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in eggs, then pour cream cheese into skillet. Mix well.
Add cream cheese and whipped topping to skillet. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and place flat on the foil. Bake an additional 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until kielbasa is bubbly.
