1 cup brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Stir in corn syrup, salt, baking soda, lemon extract and lemon zest. Pour batter into prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool completely.
