2 (4 ounce) cans chicken broth
4 cups water
5 tomatoes, diced
2 onions, diced
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (2.5 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, water, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
