Honey Specs Chicken Spare Ribs Recipe


3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch paprika

1 pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3 teaspoons prepared horseradish

3 teaspoons prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon grated onion


Place chicken in a large, deep bowl. Season with water, soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer with pliers to a ceramic and glass serving dish. Sprinkle chicken with paprika.

Peel chicken breasts; cut each breast into 3 wedges and pour horseradish and horseradish mixture over chicken to arrange. Pour oil into another large serving dish. Sprinkle chicken with mustard. Sprinkle with apple vinegar, shake clear and pour sauce over all. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve chicken.

This recipe was very dry and hence did not turn out well. I did reheat the left over ribs and didn't change a thing (except maybe I used a little more honey). They turned out very well, just need the right amount of spices to get the taste of the honey.
