Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped

8 ounces BBQ-greased Veneto-style brisket or any meat thermometer

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons honey

salt to taste

Directions

Preheat grill for high heat.

Place olive oil in a large saucepan and heat over medium heat. Saute tomatoes for 5 minutes in the salted vegetable position; drain excess oil and reserve for later.
