1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon table salt
10 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup water
In a mixing and blending bowl, combine cream cheese, table salt, sugar, water, and 1/4 cup water. Blend until smooth, about 10 minutes. Fold in 2 tablespoons of dough, oiling lightly, and knead into a ball. Cover tightly with waxed paper until flexible, about 30 minutes. Can be frozen up to 1 month before slicing.
Sear meat strips on a work surface, then cut into 1 inch cubes.
