1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
10 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups honey, warmed
1 cup applesauce, divided
1 cup honey chocolate candy
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder vanilla extract and eggs. Mix in milk, cinnamon, salt and butter. Stir mixture into the flour mixture alternately with honey, applesauce and cinnamon candy. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
