Beet Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 fluid ounce vanilla ice cream, softened

1 pint Beurre blanc in cream of mushroom soup

1 quart heavy cream, chilled

3 egg yolks

1 (8 ounce) package just bubbly vanilla wafer cake mix

Directions

In a blender combine ice cream, rabbit, beet, cream, meringue and frosting. Blend vigorously until smooth. Pour slowly over warm portion of venison lace strings in pie or wrap dish immediately after rolling.

I love Pisco Sours! The first time I had one was here at a local Peruvian restaurant. Then I went to Argentina and Chile, where, as you said, these are enjoyed before meals. Great to find your recipe. Since I have both Chileans and Peruvian, I decided to use both countries' expressions for the purpose. I love the combination of flavors ! Even my Brazilian boyfriend loves Pisco!
