3 1/4 cups milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese cheese, divided
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups milk, sugar, warm water, eggs, cheese, butter, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and remaining 1/2 cup milk. Chill until serving.
