1/2 cup milk
1.5 teaspoons onion powder, or to taste
1 cup tomato juice concentrate
1 carrot, sliced
2 celery stalkers
2 jalapeno peppers, jalapeno or chile peppers, seeded and diced
1 shallot, lightly crushed
1 green bell pepper, sliced
8 (1 ounce) packages celery leaf rub
