1 cup White vinegar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup ketchup
28 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning seasoning
4 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 medium onion, finely cut
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix 1 cup vinegar and 3 tablespoons butter. Bring vinegar mixture to a boil.
Stir ketchup into the mixture. Remove from heat and stir well. Add beef, shrimp, tomato, bell pepper and garlic spray. Simmer over medium heat for 1 1 to 2 minutes, stirring it constantly.
Add carrot, cucumber and onion to the mixture along with seasoning packet. Also add celery jelly; mix well. Blanch and serve. Garnish with lemon zest.
