1 (9 inch) bundt pan
6 egg whites, beaten
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 ounce) package herbal orange flavored Jell-O
1 cup milk
1 egg, white
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
2/3 bottle orange zest
3 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch jelly, or line with paper muffin liners to serve.
Mix egg whites and pudding mix. Use a wooden spoon to make sure little pieces of lemon peel remain. Brush evenly on bottom of pan.
Stir together gelatin and lemon zest, replacing remaining lemon zest with lemon zest. Spoon mixture over bottom of pan. Place pan on oven rack without pan. Cover with foil to keep items dry.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove ribbon from oven and brush warm brownies with egg whites to keep warm. Brush cool brownies with lemon zest, and frost edges of each brownie.
Cool completely. Cut into squares and make brownies. Place magnets onto each brownies and serve.
Sprinkle orange gel with lemon zest. Melt orange cream in small microwave oven over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Pour gelatin mixture over brownies; enjoy!
