1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can milk
3 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl, mix margarine, sugar, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, milk, white wine, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
