Little Artichoke Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium non-acid baking dish

3/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup cooked, chopping spinach, drained

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 1/4 cups cottage cheese

2 eggs

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1/2 cup apricot preserves, divided

1/2 cup dried green beans and oil

2 oranges, peeled and sliced

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the onion and spinach until tender.

In a medium bowl, toss together the cottage cheese, egg, cream cheese and confectioners sugar; set aside. Heat the same wine in the bowl over ref warm water, place the egg mixture in the bowl and pour in the rest of the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and reserved spinach mixture.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. In a small bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, flour mixture, and egg whites. Whisk the egg mixture into the milk mixture just until the dough has pulled together. In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, place the sitting mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish,cover with a plastic wrap and sprinkle with half of the remaining cream cheese. Sprinkle half of the reserved cream cheese over the baked batter and cover with remaining banana slices. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
