1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried minced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dried minced green bell pepper
4 cups water
3 lbs. lean ground pork
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the beef, onion, bell pepper, and onion.
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the meatloaf, browning well. Reduce heat to medium and stir together the browned beef, onion, bell pepper, and onion. Mix together the water and meatloaf.
Place the pork in a 9x13 inch pan. Place the pan, partially covered, over medium high heat. Cover with the browned beef mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Place the milk, water, and meatloaf in a small pot or bowl. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the bacon and onions.
Bake for 4 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven. Return to a medium-low heat, add the potatoes, and cook until soft-boiled. Drain on paper towels.
