1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
Combine cake mix, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract and confectioners' sugar. Beat until blended. Dust with egg whites. Place 1 cup of mixture in the bottom of the greased and floured pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
