3 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 pounds onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
5 green chile peppers
1 (15 ounce) can field mushrooms, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dry hot pepper sauce
3 clams, diced
In a slow cooker, combine ground beef, onion, Italian seasoning, chile peppers, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, parsley, hot pepper sauce, and clams. Mix well and place into slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
